Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RadioDig LLC (“RadioDig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit radiodig.com or use the RadioDig application at app.radiodig.com (together, the “Service”).
Interpretation and Definitions
In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. “Service” refers to radiodig.com and the RadioDig application at app.radiodig.com. “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a RadioDig account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name if provided. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; RadioDig does not store your full card number.
Usage data. We use the tower, structure, and location searches you run within the Service to power its core features (saved searches, monitoring alerts, exports). We also collect standard usage and device data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP address) through Google Analytics.
Communications. If you contact us through the site’s contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) to respond to you.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the Service is used, including through Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send account-related communications (billing receipts, service updates)
- Measure and improve our advertising (which ads led to a signup)
- Respond to support requests and data-correction reports
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
How We Share Information
We share information with the service providers who help us run RadioDig, including Stripe for payment processing, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for usage analytics and advertising measurement.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RadioDig, our users, or others.
The tower, license, and obstacle data displayed within RadioDig itself is drawn entirely from public-domain U.S. government sources (FCC ASR, FCC ULS, FAA DOF) and is not personal information about our users.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Security of Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your information may be processed by RadioDig and by the service providers named above (including Stripe and Google) in the United States or other countries where they operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing, which remains subject to those providers’ own security and privacy commitments.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Delete Your Personal Data
You can request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. We’ll delete or anonymize your data except where we’re required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (see Data Retention above).
Children’s Privacy
RadioDig is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may link to third-party websites we don’t operate or control, including the FCC’s and FAA’s own sites. We aren’t responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and encourage you to review their policies separately.
