Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of radiodig.com and the RadioDig application at app.radiodig.com (together, the “Service”), operated by RadioDig LLC (“RadioDig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RadioDig mirrors and cross-references public-domain data from the FCC Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) database, FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS), and the FAA Digital Obstacle File, and presents it through a searchable map, alerts, reports, and API/export tools. RadioDig is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FCC or FAA. Underlying federal data is refreshed on the cadence described on the site and may not reflect the most current filings at any given moment; always confirm anything safety- or compliance-critical against the primary federal source before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The Service — its design, software, branding, and RadioDig-specific features (cross-referencing, alerts, change history, reports, and similar tools) — is owned by RadioDig LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself. This does not restrict your use of the underlying public-domain FCC/FAA data, addressed separately under Data below.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, plan features, and any trial terms are as shown on the Service at the time you subscribe. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect as described at checkout or in your account settings. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service outside of the export/API features we provide for that purpose, or resell raw access to the Service itself (as opposed to the public-domain data, which you’re free to use as described in “Data” below)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Data

The underlying FCC and FAA data available through RadioDig is U.S. government public-domain data. You’re free to use, export, and redistribute that underlying data. These Terms govern your use of the RadioDig Service itself (the product, its features, and any RadioDig-specific enhancements like cross-referencing, alerts, and change history), not the underlying public data.

Disclaimers

The Service and the data made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. RadioDig aggregates third-party federal data and does not guarantee it is error-free or current at every moment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadioDig will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
